Shared spaces and amenities.
The clubhouse, pool, function hall, courts, and shared grounds — for residents and their guests.
Amenities at Royal Crest.
These shared amenities are available to residents and their guests.
Indoor spaces stay open year-round; the pool and courts run in season.
Summer at the pool.
The outdoor pool is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day, seven days a week, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. A lifeguard or pool monitor is on duty during open hours.
Residents and their guests may swim, relax on lounge chairs, or enjoy meals and snacks on the shaded patio overlooking the pool.
The clubhouse.
The clubhouse is the social center of the community. Home to the Function Hall, cardroom, exercise room, Pro Shop, and Royal Crest office, it serves as both a gathering place for residents and the center of many golf and condominium activities. Its vaulted ceilings, stone fireplace, bookshelves, and outdoor patio provide a comfortable setting for meetings, recreation, and informal gatherings throughout the year.
Spaces for gatherings.
The Royal Crest Function Hall seats up to eighty. Residents may rent it for graduations, birthdays, holiday parties, showers, anniversaries, and other private gatherings. The Association holds community meetings and the Annual Meeting here, while the Social Club and golf leagues regularly use the space for events and gatherings throughout the year.
The room features a vaulted ceiling with timber trusses, a stone fireplace at one end, and a hardwood floor.
A separate cardroom hosts smaller resident meetings, card games, and committee work.
Both the Function Hall and cardroom may be reserved through the office.
The exercise room.
The exercise room includes cardio and basic strength-training equipment and is open to residents during clubhouse hours.
The Pro Shop.
The Pro Shop occupies a corner of the clubhouse and is the day-to-day hub for golf at Royal Crest. It handles tee times, cart rentals, and equipment, and is where current fees, hours, and any lesson availability are posted.
See the Golf page for more about the course and play.
Tennis and pickleball.
Two outdoor courts are open to residents and their guests. One court is set up for tennis and the other for pickleball. Pickleball is played three times a week during the season, with the current schedule posted by the office.
